Heat transfer studies of Al2O3/water-ethylene glycol nanofluid using factorial design analysis

چکیده

The experimental study of the heat transfer coefficient nanofluid plays a significant role in improving rate exchanger. A natural convection apparatus was used to suspension Al2O3 nanoparticles water-ethylene glycol mixture base fluid. effects input, nanoparticle volume fraction, and fluid concentration on were studied using 23 full factorial design matrix (16 runs) MINITAB Design software. levels for 10 100 W, 0.1 1 vol.%, 30 50 respectively. residual, contour, 3D surface plots, Pareto chart drawn from results. observed showed highest enhancement with high level fraction moderate slight concentration.
